Our father, Oliver Venning Jr., founded a drywall business that became more than a company—it became a place where knowledge was shared and futures were built. He trained me, four of my brothers, and many family members, friends, and tradesmen throughout the Mount Pleasant, South Carolina area. Through his dedication, he passed down not only a skilled trade but also the values of integrity, discipline, and pride in quality workmanship.
As the family legacy grew, his brother, Nathaniel Ervin Venning, expanded that tradition by establishing Venning Inc., carrying the Venning name and craftsmanship into new opportunities. Together, they helped create a family tradition that has spanned generations.
Today, Venning Investments Group LLC proudly carries that legacy forward. While our company focuses on real estate investment, renovation, restoration, and community development, our foundation remains rooted in the same principles established decades ago: honest work, dependable service, and building lasting value.
